About these reviews

cryptocardcheck is a collection of crypto card reviews written for readers who find an ordinary bank card hard to obtain or to use. Each card has a full review that ends in a score on a ten-point scale. The home page puts the scores in order, and the sections sort the same reviews by type of card.

Nothing is issued here, nothing is sold and no application is accepted.

What goes into a mark

Five scores from 0 to 10 are weighted and added up. How easy the card is to obtain and what it costs count for a quarter each. Reliability, which draws on the issuer’s record and user reports, takes a fifth. Funding methods and day-to-day convenience share what remains. When a number cannot be found, the card loses no points for it; the gap is marked as not disclosed.

Order of evidence

The card’s own site, help pages, terms and fee tables are read before anything else. If they say nothing, figures from other review sites and from users fill in, and they carry an unofficial label, since the card itself has not verified them. Terms shift often, so every review shows the date its details were last current.

Boundaries

A review is not an advertisement. It is also not financial, legal or tax advice, and tips for evading ID verification, sanctions or country regulations are never given here.
